This adapter can be used to install Kiev-16U lenses (16mm movie film format) onto cameras with micro 4/3 mount. It allows infinity focus.

Female thread is M32x0.5mm.

Kiev-16U is 16mm film movie camera, so its lenses vignette on Panasonic G1 sensor - see sample pictures. But will be fine on a camera with smaller sensor like Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera. Kiev-16U lenses don't vignette on BMPCC since it has sensor equal to 16mm movie film frame size.

One minor issue is some difference between Kiev-16U lenses. Some of them have M33 filter thread, others - M35.5. Also, some of the have different position of index mark when mounted. we didn't find a way to determine the mout type reliably, so this may happen that an index mark of your lens will be not sctrictly on top, but shifted to left or right up to 45 degrees.

MIR11-M: 12/2 (IC 12.3mm)

VEGA7-1: 20/2 (IC 14.07mm)

TAIR-41M: 50/2 (I don't know the IC, but it should be larger than the 20/2's)

The Image Circle (IC); 16mm IC 12.7, Super16mm IC 14.55mm

These lenses are really small in size, and could prove perfect companion for the Pocket Camera.
